Mindful Moms-Being a Mom and a Caregiver, is one of the toughest, and certainly most rewarding, jobs imaginable. In this class, we will help you learn “Mindfulness”. Tools and discussions learned in this class will help you stay present and focused which helps reduce stress and anxiety. This will we help you to be the very best version of yourself. This class includes meditation, essential oils, breathing techniques, mudras and mantras, all designed to help you stay in the present moment and look at everything in a positive state of mind.
Monkeys (In the Cutest Sense of the word)– While our Moms and Caregivers are being taught “Mindfulness”, your child will be in a separate room with other children being guided though gentle and playful Yoga stretches, poses, songs, & games! (For ages 3-5) * For 2 year olds that are walking, please speak to us in person, and we will see if we can accommodate you.
