In this Basic Flow class, you will synchronize breath with movement and focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. This class will help awaken your inner strength, energy, and flexibility in a fun relaxed atmosphere. Basic Flow is a slower-paced class geared towards those new to yoga or preferring a slightly gentler class. Time is spent breaking down poses fundamental to a this basic class.
